🚵 Atlas Mountain Biking Day Trip

Start your biking adventure with a 9:00 AM departure from Marrakech in private transport. Upon arrival in Imlil (1740m), your mountain guide will meet you and get you set for the day. From here, you begin cycling uphill on the asphalt road, climbing gradually toward the Tizi n’Tamatert Pass (2300m), offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Atlas peaks.

After a short break at the pass, continue riding along a scenic track that winds down into the Imnan Valley, dotted with traditional Berber villages such as Ouanskra, Tamguist, Ikiss, and Amsakrou. This ride offers a perfect combination of cultural encounters and natural beauty, as you cycle past terraced fields, walnut orchards, and mud-brick houses.

Around midday, stop in the peaceful village of Arg, where you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch by the river, under the shade of walnut trees — the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

In the afternoon, continue biking through Amsakrou and then descend toward Imsker village, following a road that takes you deeper into the valley landscapes. Finally, you’ll arrive in Asni (1300m), a lively town known for its weekly Berber market every Saturday, where locals gather to trade goods in a colorful, authentic setting.

At the end of the ride, your private transport will be waiting to transfer you comfortably back to Marrakech.
