Yes, you can ski in Morocco: in winter the High Atlas above Marrakech is covered in snow, from the slopes of Oukaïmeden to the high summits of the Toubkal massif.
Oukaïmeden, about 75 km from Marrakech, is Morocco’s main ski area, with slopes reaching above 3,000 m. For experienced skiers, ski touring in the Toubkal massif links refuges, cols and summits in a landscape few people see in winter.
